Who we are

Right Hand is an AI automation consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains what information we collect through righthandhq.com.au and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Booking details. When you book a call you give us your name, mobile number, email address, business name, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. We use this to run the call and follow up.
• Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. They record how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, and device type. This is standard, aggregated usage data, not your name or contact details.

Why we collect it

To run the call you booked, to reply to your enquiry, to understand which parts of the site work, and to measure advertising. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Where it is stored

Booking details live in our scheduling tool (Cal.com) and our email (Google Workspace). Analytics data is held by Google and Meta under their own policies. Some of these services store data on servers outside Australia.

If you become a client, the data in your business systems stays in your own accounts. We connect to the tools you already use rather than copying your data into ours.

Ask us to delete it

Email hello@righthandhq.com.au and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We reply within one business day and action requests promptly.
